Hiring: PTP Helpdesk Specialist – Kolkata

Experience: 4–6 Years

Shift: ANZ Shift (Starting 2–3 AM IST)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PTP/Accounts Payable professional to handle vendor and internal queries, invoice/payment issues, helpdesk tickets, reconciliations, and stakeholder escalations.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable

• 2+ years of experience as an SME in a similar process

• Strong knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards

• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Ageing, Date Functions, etc.

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in reporting, compliance and SLA management

• Willingness to work in ANZ shift and from office
