The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced PTP/AP Helpdesk Specialist to manage vendor and internal Accounts Payable queries, resolve tickets within SLA, and support smooth PTP operations.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for vendor and internal AP queries.

• Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely SLA-based resolution.

• Handle invoice status, payment queries, vendor reconciliations and escalations.

• Support invoice validation, processing and posting activities.

• Resolve blocked invoices and discrepancies with AP, Procurement, Finance and Treasury teams.

• Communicate professionally with vendors and stakeholders via email and phone.

• Support AP month-end activities, compliance and audit requirements.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of PTP/P2P experience, including 2+ years in AP Helpdesk, AP calls or SME support.

• Expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards.

• Advanced Excel skills: IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Cell References, Ageing, Date Formatting and Text-to-Table.

• Strong AP/Accounts Payable and P2P process knowledge.

• Experience in reporting, compliance and stakeholder management.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable handling stringent timelines and high-volume queries.

• Willing to work 5 days onsite in Kolkata and an ANZ shift starting around 2:00–3:00 AM IST.
