Role Overview

TCS is hiring an experienced HR Reporting & MIS Specialist to support global HR reporting and analytics. The role involves preparing HR reports, dashboards, and custom datasets, collaborating with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders, maintaining reporting documentation, and driving process improvements while ensuring SLA compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources.

• Prepare accurate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.

• Develop custom datasets for business and HR stakeholders.

• Collaborate with HRBPs and global stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements.

• Support ad hoc reporting requests and analytical projects.

• Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and data definitions.

• Monitor SLA and KPI adherence for reporting activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.

• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and data accuracy.

• Communicate insights and reporting outcomes effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in HR Reporting, MIS, or Data Analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Tableau and Cognos.

• Basic knowledge of Workday Reporting.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Experience with documentation and report validation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience working with global stakeholders.
