Hiring: PTP Analyst (Procure to Pay)

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent (B.Com / MBA Finance)

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)

• 2–4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) – Invoice Processing

• Experience working with SAP

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and within defined timelines.

• Handle invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and master data management.

• Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high accuracy.

• Work with SAP for Procure-to-Pay activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice-related queries.

• Maintain process compliance and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes

• Invoice Processing experience in SAP

• Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoice processing

• Good understanding of Vendor Management and Master Data Management

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with excellent teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP MM Module

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
