Procurement & Vendor Master Lead

Role Overview

Lead Procurement and Vendor Master operations. Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle, vendor communication, and compliance while maintaining SLA, quality, and TAT standards.

Key Responsibilities

- PO Management: Validate requisitions and convert to PO. Follow up for approvals, confirm POs, and expedite as needed

- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Daily email/phone interaction with buyers, requesters, and suppliers. Resolve queries and exceptions

- Compliance & Documentation: Validate all approvals and checklists before PO dispatch. Manage PO amendments post stakeholder approval

- Reporting & Escalation: Run standard reports on reporting tools. Identify, resolve, and escalate issues to maintain SLA

- Performance: Maintain quality, accuracy, and Turnaround Time as per Service Level Agreement

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5–10 years in transactional Procurement & Vendor Management

- ERP & Tools: SAP ERP exposure, MS Office, Reporting tools

- Leadership: People management experience required

- Competencies: Excellent spoken & written English communication, Analytical skills, Problem solving, Team player
