Shift Timing: Night Shift / Rotational Night Shifts (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM & 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

Language-Based Delivery: Use French proficiency to read, understand, and communicate business/process information effectively.

Procurement Operations: Receive PR/SC requests, perform standard due diligence/validation checks, and support Purchase Order (PO) creation while interpreting French inputs.

SLA & Quality Compliance: Work efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accurate and timely processing of all procurement requests.

Process Improvement: Participate in peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize errors and actively support process improvement initiatives.

Business Partnership: Maintain effective communication within the team, handle customer and third-party queries, and attend weekly operational calls with the client's local teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Primary Requirement: Strong proficiency in the French language with the ability to read, write, and converse fluently in a business context.

Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Procurement Operations, Supply Chain cycles, PR/SC processing, and PO workflows.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, adaptability to night shifts, and a collaborative team mindset.
