Job Summary

We are hiring an Italian Language Specialist to support Procurement Operations. The role involves providing Italian language support for procurement processes, validating purchase requests, assisting in Purchase Order (PO) creation, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and communicate business/process-related information in Italian.

• Support Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.

• Validate procurement requests and assist in Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Ensure timely processing while meeting SLAs and quality standards.

• Handle customer and stakeholder queries in Italian.

• Follow up on pending procurement requests for timely closure.

• Perform quality checks and adhere to SOPs.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Attend business calls with client teams when required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Italian (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

• Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Management.

• Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order (PO) support.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–5 Years

• Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

• Location: New Delhi

• Rotational Night Shift:

  • 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM

  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

• PAN Card and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation.

Preferred Candidate

• Italian Language Certified (B2/C1 or equivalent preferred).

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, or BPO operations.

• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
