Role Overview:  

We are looking for an Accounts Payables - Premium Payable Specialist to handle insurance payments and commissions for US-based clients.

Must Have:  

- 4 to 6 years overall experience  

- 2 years of insurance accounting experience in processing payments or commissions to sales individuals  

- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and commission structures  

- Knowledge of producer and broker payment processes, including commissions and bonus calculations  

- Working knowledge of various insurance agency management systems AMS such as Benefit Point, Applied EPIC is preferred  

- Proficient with MS Office Suite  

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail  

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality  

- Willingness to work in US shift hours CST  

Good to Have:  

- Ability to execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA and quality standards  

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  

- High attention to detail and time management
