What You'll Do

• Provide Portuguese language support for global procurement operations.

• Process procurement requests while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.

• Support Purchase Order (PO) creation by interpreting Portuguese business documents and communications.

• Perform due diligence and validation checks to ensure data accuracy.

• Handle procurement-related queries from customers and third-party stakeholders.

• Monitor daily productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct peer quality checks to maintain high processing accuracy.

• Attend client meetings and collaborate with international teams using Portuguese when required.

• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Shared Services.

• Fluent Portuguese language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Basic understanding of:

  • Procurement Operations

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Purchase Requisition (PR)

  • Shopping Cart (SC)

  • Purchase Order (PO) processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict SLA timelines.

• Willingness to work night shifts and support global operations.
