• Payroll accounting
• Reporting & dashboard preparation
• Open-item resolution
• Month-close meetings with retained teams
• Team training & daily reporting
• SLA adherence & governance
• Client interaction and governance calls
• Oracle ERP preferred
• AR experience required
• MS Office proficiency
• Process improvement experience
• Strong analytical & decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication

Responsibilities

• Review and manage close functions
• Perform Balance Sheet analysis and complex journal reviews
• Handle payroll and open-item resolution
• Support month-end close activities
• Participate in client governance calls
• Track and ensure SLA compliance
• Train and support team members
• Prepare daily reports and dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Track budget expenses
• Maintain healthy vendor relationships
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail
