Role Overview

We are hiring an OTC – Assistant Manager (Pricing) to lead pricing strategy, commercial analysis, deal structuring, and contract governance within Finance & Accounting operations. The role involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver commercially viable pricing solutions while supporting revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pricing strategies for business opportunities.

• Support deal structuring, commercial proposals, and RFQ/RFP responses.

• Perform financial analysis, pricing validation, and profitability assessments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams.

• Ensure pricing governance and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct market and competitive pricing analysis.

• Support contract pricing reviews and commercial negotiations.

• Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and business insights.

• Work with ERP systems for pricing and financial operations.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contracting.

• Experience in global and client-facing environments.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of pricing strategies (Cost-Based, Value-Based, Competitive Pricing).

• Ability to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
