Job Description : 

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale Google Operations within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership experience, expertise in KPI management, workforce planning, compliance governance, and team development. Relevant Google Product/Process experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations while ensuring SLA, KPI, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.

• Monitor operational performance, analyze business metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through regular feedback and performance reviews.

• Conduct daily operational meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.

• Plan staffing requirements, workforce allocation, and resource optimization.

• Identify operational risks and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements.

• Drive productivity improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and business performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• 5–10 years of Operations Management experience in the BPO/Shared Services industry.

• Relevant Google Product or Google Operations experience is mandatory.

• Proven experience managing large operations teams and delivering business results.

• Strong knowledge of KPI management, workforce planning, compliance, and performance management.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 operational environment.
