Role Summary / Scope

Supports budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, KPI packs, draft commentary


Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial outlooks ; perform variance/trend analysis across revenue, cost, margin, and capex

• Month End close packs - Preparation and reconciliations including commentary for review with Finance Partners

• Reconcile FTE month end working file with close call pack data

• FP&A reporting to monitor and report joiners, transfers, conversions, and leavers

ensuring line management and cost centre structures are accurate.

• Monthly variance analysis to support close process, focusing on labour base financials, investigating any anomalies, and resolving remedial actions with GL teams as appropriate.

• Run month end downloads for close reporting and ad hoc requests as needed

throughout the month using Oracle

• Maintain KPI packs/dashboards; MIS Reports; identify anomalies; support root‐cause analysis.

• Draft management commentary and consolidate inputs for Leads/Managers.

• Ad-Hod FP&A support where needed.

• Exposure to Power BI/Cognos and TM1 will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance (Mandatory)

• MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred)
