Job Title: German Language Specialist – Customer Support

Location: Mumbai – TCS Kensington Office
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (Commerce Preferred)
Grade: Grade 1 / Grade 2
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight

Role Purpose

We are looking for a skilled German Language Specialist with strong German reading, writing, and speaking abilities. The candidate will be responsible for communicating and interacting with customers professionally in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers effectively in German and English.

• Handle customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

• Read, understand, and respond to customer queries in German.

• Ensure accurate written and verbal communication.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.

• Use MS Office applications effectively for day-to-day work and reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong German reading, writing, and speaking skills.

• B2 or above certification in the German language is mandatory.

• Good fluency in English and German.

• Good MS Office competency.

• Ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2 to 6 years.

• Qualification: Any full-time graduate; Commerce graduates preferred.

• German Certification: B2 or above mandatory.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from 2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.
