Job Description – International Voice (UK Insurance)

We are looking for graduates with 1–4 years of relevant experience in the international insurance domain for an International Voice process supporting UK insurance customers. Candidates with prior UK or US insurance experience are preferred, while exact experience in Retirements, Pensions, or Life Insurance is not mandatory.

The role involves providing excellent customer service to existing customers through voice and email channels, handling customer queries and concerns, following prescribed communication scripts, canned responses and email templates, and managing a high volume of customer interactions effectively.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational UK shifts based on business requirements. Candidates with prior chat/email support experience who are willing to transition to a voice process may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions for UK insurance processes.

• Resolve customer queries related to insurance services.

• Communicate effectively with customers through voice and email.

• Follow communication scripts, canned responses and email templates.

• Handle high volumes of customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

• Work effectively in rotational UK shifts.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of relevant work experience.

• International insurance domain experience is mandatory.

• UK/US insurance experience will be considered.

• Experience in Retirements, Pensions or Life Insurance is an added advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Customer service experience in insurance is preferred.

• Candidates with chat/email support experience may also be considered if comfortable with voice.

• Willingness to work in rotational UK shifts.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
