Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Polish, Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish languages. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Polish, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish languages.


• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer complaints and concerns.


• Utilize knowledge of products/services to resolve customer issues effectively.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.


• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality customer interactions.


• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the following languages: Polish, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.


• Intermediate level of required language skills, written and spoken (B1-B2).


• Ability to learn quickly, task and system understanding.


• Ability to switch between different tasks rapidly.


•  Computer literate.
