Job Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for employees across multiple countries.

• Calculate wages, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.

• Maintain and update employee payroll data with complete accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements across multiple geographies.

• Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence.

• Validate payroll through audits and reconciliation checks.

• Generate payroll reports, payroll registers, and payslips.

• Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Work closely with Finance for payroll reporting and reconciliation.

• Support internal and external payroll audits.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

• Manage year-end payroll activities and legislative updates.

Required Experience

• 8–10 years of payroll experience.

• Hands-on experience in Global/International Payroll.

• Strong understanding of payroll practices, tax laws, and employment regulations across multiple countries.

• Experience with payroll software and HRMS systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
