Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Master Data Management Assistant Manager to manage employee master data and HR operations across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate employee data maintenance, support employee lifecycle transactions, perform data reconciliation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data across HR, payroll, and related systems.

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, demotions, terminations, leave of absence (LOA), reactivations, and returns from leave.

• Update employee records such as cost center, pay rate, compensation, supervisor, office location, job title, union code, and primary job details.

• Perform data reconciliation between HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems and resolve data discrepancies.

• Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and union agreements.

• Process employee personal information updates including address, contact details, banking information, and other employee records.

• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams for employee data changes and system access requests.

• Raise and monitor IT service requests related to employee data updates.

• Prepare reports, analyze data quality issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, Master Data Management, or related functions.

• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems such as ADX, WinTeam, LISA, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of employee data governance, compliance, and payroll processes.
