About Role

We are hiring French Language Executives to join a dynamic support team in Mumbai. If you have strong French language proficiency (B2 or above) and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a global work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift / 24x7 Rotational Support

Experience: 2–8 Years

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

* French language proficiency of B2 level or above (CEFR) in both written and spoken communication

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French

* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

* Strong multitasking and task-switching abilities

* Computer literate with good working knowledge of standard applications

* Willing to work night shifts and rotational schedules

* Willing to work from the Mumbai office

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality support in the French language

* Handle customer requests accurately and efficiently

* Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels

* Manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and productivity

* Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and business processes
