We are hiring for Mandarin Supplier Enablement Specialist for Mumbai location. The role involves end-to-end supplier onboarding and enablement support across procurement platforms.

*Education:*

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

*Required Skills:*

- Primary Skill: Mandarin Language Proficiency - Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate process-related information effectively (Mandatory)

- Secondary Skills: Basic knowledge of Supplier Enablement and Supply Chain Operations

- Should understand Customer Quality and Productivity Expectations

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

- Coordinate and execute end-to-end supplier onboarding activities across procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.)

- Communicate with suppliers to explain onboarding requirements, documentation needs, and system processes

- Assist suppliers in completing registration, profile setup, and compliance verifications

- Ensure suppliers meet all business, regulatory, and system requirements before activation

- Provide non-voice support to suppliers via ticketing systems, email, and digital channels

- Troubleshoot onboarding issues related to registration, invoicing processing, and data validation

- Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, AP, Compliance) to resolve complex supplier queries

- Track, monitor, and follow up on open supplier requests to ensure timely resolution

- Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation within the onboarding system

- Validate supplier data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

- Support periodic audits and reporting activities related to supplier enablement performance

- Contribute to development and maintenance of supplier enablement SOPs, workflows, and knowledge base articles
