Job Title: Legal Operations Specialist – US Client Support

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations Specialist – US Client Support to support US-based legal teams by managing critical legal operations, including legal holds, engagement letters, and settlement check requests. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US litigation processes, excellent legal drafting skills, and experience working with global legal teams.

Eligibility

• 5–10 years of experience in Legal Operations, Litigation Support, or Corporate Legal Services.

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.

• Experience supporting US legal matters is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and issue legal hold notices in accordance with US litigation and eDiscovery requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel for legal hold implementation.

• Prepare, review, and manage engagement letters for external legal counsel.

• Process settlement check requests and maintain settlement documentation.

• Coordinate with finance teams for settlement payment processing.

• Maintain legal records, audit documentation, and compliance reports.

• Ensure compliance with US legal standards, company policies, and ethical guidelines.

• Support multiple legal projects while meeting strict deadlines.
