We are hiring an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to support US-based legal teams in managing critical legal processes, including legal holds, engagement letters, and settlement payment workflows. This role requires strong knowledge of US litigation procedures, legal documentation, compliance requirements, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and experience working with US legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timings:
• 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM
(Depending on client requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, issue, and manage legal hold notices in compliance with US litigation and eDiscovery requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for legal hold implementation and tracking.
• Prepare and review engagement letters for external legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with US legal standards, company policies, and ethical requirements.
• Process settlement check requests and related documentation.
• Collaborate with finance teams for settlement payment processing and tracking.
• Maintain legal records, audit logs, and compliance documentation.
• Support legal operations, workflow management, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• LL.B or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• 5–10 years of experience in Legal Operations, Litigation Support, Corporate Legal Services, or Law Firm environments handling US matters.
• Strong understanding of US Litigation, FRCP, eDiscovery, Legal Holds, Engagement Letters, and Settlement Processes.
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal document management systems.

Preferred Certifications:

• ACEDS (Certified eDiscovery Specialist)
• IAPP Certification or similar Compliance/Privacy Certifications
