Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Interview Scheduling Specialist to support global recruitment operations. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate and hiring manager communication, maintaining interview calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring a smooth interview experience across phone, video, and in-person formats.

The ideal candidate should have experience in US/UK recruitment processes, interview coordination, HR systems, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling activities for candidates and hiring teams.

• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.

• Maintain and update interview calendars based on interviewer availability.

• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers for interview requirements.

• Communicate interview details, confirmations, and updates to candidates and stakeholders.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely interview completion.

• Maintain interview trackers, reports, and scheduling status updates.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to recruitment processes.

• Support recruitment operations in a shared services/global business services environment.

• Handle candidate queries and provide professional support throughout the interview process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Interview Scheduling / Recruitment Operations.

• Experience in US/UK recruitment processes preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR is an advantage.

• Understanding of recruitment compliance and employment practices.

Education
