Sourcing & Procurement – Team Leader / SME

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

Key Skills

• Excellent understanding of Sourcing & Procurement
• Team Leadership experience in Sourcing / Procurement
• Experience managing domestic & international suppliers/customers
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Exposure to Oracle, Coupa & SAP
• Excellent spoken & written communication
• Collaboration & influencing skills
• Strong analytical and result-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training & attrition management
• Manage daily processes, performance metrics & SLAs
• Initiate process controls, quality plans & risk mitigation initiatives
• Liaise with clients regarding delivery requirements
• Resolve queries from requesters & suppliers
• Handle contract & catalog creation, administration and compliance
• Support category teams with spend consolidation & PO reviews
• Identify and resolve process exceptions
• Drive process improvement
• Ensure strong governance, controls & compliance
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
