Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interview Scheduling Specialist to support recruitment operations by coordinating and managing interview schedules across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate should have experience in US, UK, or other international recruitment environments and possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across phone, video, and in-person formats.

• Manage interview calendars and ensure schedules are accurate and up to date.

• Facilitate seamless communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to gather scheduling requirements.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively address interview-related issues.

• Provide regular status updates and reports on interview scheduling activities.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and candidate experience.

• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track scheduling metrics and operational data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Interview Scheduling.

• Experience supporting US Recruitment is preferred; international recruitment/interview scheduling experience is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of recruitment coordination and scheduling processes.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with interview scheduling automation tools and platforms.

• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.

• Understanding of US employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
