Job Summary

We are hiring an Interview Coordination Specialist to support global talent acquisition operations. The role involves managing end-to-end interview scheduling, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining calendars, and ensuring timely communication throughout the interview lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end interview scheduling for international recruitment.

• Coordinate phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.

• Schedule interviews based on candidate and interviewer availability.

• Manage calendar invitations, interview confirmations, and rescheduling requests.

• Act as a coordination point between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Monitor interview schedules and resolve last-minute changes or conflicts.

• Maintain accurate interview records, trackers, and MIS reports.

• Provide timely updates to Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling candidate information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline preferred.

• 4–8 years of overall professional experience.

• Relevant experience in interview scheduling or recruitment coordination.

• Exposure to US/UK recruitment or international hiring operations is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook knowledge.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have

• Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar HRIS experience.

• Exposure to global shared services or BPO recruitment operations.

• Knowledge of interview scheduling platforms and automation tools.

• Basic understanding of US hiring practices and compliance.
