Requirements

* 5–10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C/C2C) or Finance & Accounting
* Experience leading and mentoring teams
* Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, General Ledger, and month-end reporting
* Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
* Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with transformation or process improvement projects is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred
* Willing to work from Nagpur and flexible with shift schedules
