Role Overview

TCS is looking for an International/Global Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits programs across multiple global regions including Europe, UK, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The role involves global benefits administration, payroll coordination, pension management, vendor management, employee communication, HR systems administration, and compliance while ensuring excellent employee experience and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global employee benefits programs across multiple regions.

• Administer payroll-related benefits, pension, wellness, and medical insurance programs.

• Coordinate payroll processing, claims management, and vendor file SFTP.

• Handle pension enrollments, payroll validations, and updates.

• Manage supplier invoicing with Finance teams.

• Build relationships with global vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct employee onboarding sessions related to benefits.

• Organize regular meetings with employees, vendors, and clients.

• Utilize Workday, Darwin, and ServiceNow for benefits administration.

• Maintain HR data accuracy and reporting.

• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
