About the Role
Take your insurance expertise global. We’re building a team of customer-centric problem‑solvers for a UK‑based insurance process specialising in retirement, pensions, and life products. You’ll handle both voice and email interactions, guiding existing customers through policy queries, claim updates, and account changes—always with empathy, accuracy, and a reassuring tone. This role is ideal if you have international insurance experience (UK or US), strong communication skills, and the willingness to adapt to a voice‑first environment. You’ll work from our Mumbai office on rotational UK shifts, with immediate joiners given top priority.


What You’ll Do

Voice & Email Support: Engage with UK customers over phone and email, addressing policy‑related questions, retirement planning, pension details, and life insurance coverage.


Scripted Communication: Follow standard scripts, canned responses, and email templates to ensure consistency and compliance in every interaction.


High‑Volume Management: Efficiently handle a large volume of emails and calls, varying in complexity, while meeting quality and response‑time KPIs.


Customer Advocacy: Listen actively, probe for clarity, and resolve issues at first contact wherever possible, ensuring customers feel valued and secure.


Documentation & Compliance: Record all interactions accurately in the system, adhere to data protection regulations, and follow process guidelines meticulously.


Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases and share feedback that improves the overall customer experience.


What You’ll Bring

Experience: 1–4 years in an international insurance domain (UK or US insurance; retirements, pensions, life products are a strong plus). Candidates with chat/email support backgrounds who are ready for a voice process will also be considered.


Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills—clear pronunciation, professional grammar, and the ability to convey sensitive information with empathy.


Education: Graduate in any discipline. Educational gaps of up to 10 years are acceptable.


Shift Flexibility: Fully comfortable working rotational UK shifts, including weekends and public holidays, from our Mumbai office.


Notice Period: Immediate to 30‑day joiners preferred; we’re looking for quick starters.
