International Customer Service

Location: Gurugram
Work Setup: 100% Work from Office – Client Location
Experience: 1–5 years
Shift: 5 days a week, Monday–Sunday on rotational basis, including weekends

About the Role

TCS is hiring experienced Team Members – International Customer Service for a client in Gurugram. The role involves understanding customer complaints, coordinating with multiple departments, working across different applications, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Prior airline/BPO experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibility

• 1–5 years of relevant customer service experience

• International voice experience in Customer Service or Help Desk Operations

• Travel support/help desk experience preferred

• Prior airline experience in BPO is strongly preferred

• No freshers

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good email comprehension

• Comfortable working from the client location in Gurugram

• Willing to work rotational shifts and weekends

• No transport facility / transport reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and assess customer complaints

• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues

• Work across multiple applications and departments

• Contact customers when additional information is required

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

• Coordinate with the client and TCS supervisors

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Good email comprehension

• International voice customer service experience

• Ability to understand and resolve customer issues

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills
