We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong expertise in Workday to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HRIS configuration, Workday modules, HR technology, system administration, release management, reporting, and global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HRIS modules including Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across Workday modules.

• Configure business processes, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, validations, EIBs, and security.

• Support Workday release management, UAT planning, regression testing, and production deployments.

• Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Shared Services, Rewards, and global stakeholders to deliver HR technology solutions.

• Lead HRIS enhancements, system improvements, and new business unit onboarding.

• Maintain HR system integrity, governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting.

• Support global HR operations and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of HRIS experience.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.

• Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
