TCS is looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong expertise in Workday to manage HR technology solutions across global operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management modules, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide end-to-end support for Workday, including L1, L2, and L3 issue resolution.

• 
  Configure and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, security, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and EIBs.
  
• 
  
• 
  Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex cross-functional system issues.
  
• 
  
• 
  Support Workday releases by conducting impact assessments, regression testing, UAT coordination, and implementing new features.
  
• 
  
• 
  Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Shared Services, and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable HRIS solutions.
  
• 
  
• 
  Lead HRIS configuration, testing, and onboarding activities for new business units.
  
• 
  
• 
  Maintain system documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
  
• 
  
• 
  Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement of HR technology.

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• 
  Graduate in any discipline.
  
• 
  
• 
  10+ years of HRIS experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration.
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience with PeopleSoft is an added advantage.
  
• 
  
• 
  Strong expertise in Workday Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management modules.
  
• 
  
• 
  Hands-on experience with Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, Reporting, EIBs, Security, and Workday integrations.
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience managing Workday release cycles, regression testing, and UAT.
  
• 
  
• 
  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience supporting global HR operations and multi-country environments is preferred.
