*JOB PURPOSE:*  

Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes, ensuring service levels, operational excellence, transformation, and customer satisfaction. Act as primary delivery leader for client engagements and drive cognitive HR operations using automation, analytics, and AI.

*MUST HAVE:*  

- German language proficiency B2/C1. Ability to engage with native German speaking stakeholders verbally and in writing  

- BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting experience including contract management and SLA reporting  

*PREFERRED:*  

- HRO background

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*  

*Delivery Leadership*  

- Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global H2R processes including Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Talent Management, L&D, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Lifecycle  

- Establish governance frameworks for operational excellence, compliance, and predictable service outcomes  

*Customer & Stakeholder Management*  

- Act as primary delivery leader and build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders  

- Provide executive oversight through governance reviews, performance reporting, and continuous improvement  

*Transformation & Cognitive Operations*  

- Drive roadmap for Cognitive HR Operations using Automation, Analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI  

- Lead process simplification, standardization, and digitization to improve employee experience and cost performance  

*Workforce & Talent Leadership*  

- Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, and succession planning  

- Ensure onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teams  

*Financial & Commercial Accountability*  

- Own account-level financial performance including revenue, margin, productivity, and cost optimization  

- Identify opportunities for account expansion and value creation  

*Risk, Compliance & Controls*  

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance standards, audits, data privacy, and HR policies  

- Proactively mitigate operational risks

- 16-18 years progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or GBS with large-scale global delivery operations  

- Strong experience managing multi-location, multicultural teams  

- Proficiency in Global HCM tools and ERP solutions  

- HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA certifications preferred  

- Strong client management, leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
