Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Delivery Lead – Learning & Development (L&D) in Bangalore with 16–18 years of experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, or HR Service Delivery environments. The role will lead large-scale global HR delivery operations with a strong focus on Learning & Development, service governance, stakeholder management, SLA/KPI reporting, contract management, workforce leadership, and HR transformation.

The ideal candidate must have German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above, strong experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting, including contract management and SLA reporting, and preferably an HRO background. Experience with global HCM platforms, automation, analytics, AI/RPA, and HR transformation initiatives will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR & L&D Service Delivery: Lead global HR Shared Services delivery across H2R and L&D operations, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage senior client stakeholders and executive governance reviews, providing service performance reports, business insights, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.

3. Service Governance & Reporting: Own service governance, contractual commitments, SLA/KPI reporting, operational controls, compliance, risk management, and performance management.

4. Transformation & Digitalization: Drive HR transformation, process standardization, automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI initiatives to improve L&D and HR service efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

5. Workforce & Financial Leadership: Manage workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, financial performance, productivity, cost optimization, and account growth opportunities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.

• 16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, or HR Service Delivery.

• Mandatory German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above; B2/C1 certification is preferred.

• Strong experience in global service delivery, L&D operations, service governance, contract management, SLA/KPI management, and executive stakeholder management.

• Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, ERP, automation, analytics, AI, RPA, or Agentic AI is preferred.
