Band: BPO 3 / BPO 4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA

• 1–3 years of experience as an F&A Team Leader

• Exposure to Finance, Equities Market, Company Financials, and Analyst/Broker Estimates

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members.

• Review, drive, and manage client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics.

• Monitor production, track productivity, and prepare performance reports.

• Analyze work volume trends and allocate resources accordingly.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement recommended changes.

• Provide leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and conduct team reviews.

• Ensure team members meet and exceed quality and productivity targets.

• Compile customer feedback reports and ensure timely action on feedback.

• Participate in operations and client relationship calls.

• Identify training needs and recommend process-specific and soft skills training.

• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining high service quality.
