Lead Global HR Delivery. Drive Transformation. Make an Impact.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Delivery Leader with strong global service delivery expertise and German language proficiency to lead large-scale HR operations and Learning & Development services.

What You’ll Lead

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services / Hire-to-Retire (H2R) delivery across global operations.

• Drive Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Payroll and other HR services.

• Own service delivery performance, SLA/KPI achievement, quality and customer experience.

• Serve as a senior point of contact for German-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Lead governance reviews, performance reporting and strategic business discussions.

• Manage contractual commitments, service governance and operational controls.

• Drive HR transformation, process standardization, automation, analytics, AI and RPA initiatives.

• Lead workforce planning, capability development, succession planning and talent management.

• Own account-level financial performance, productivity and cost optimization.

• Identify operational risks and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and data-privacy requirements.

• Build and mentor high-performing, multi-location and multicultural teams.

Must Have

• 16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services or similar environments.

• German language proficiency at B2.2 or C1 level — mandatory.

• Strong BPS Service Operations / Service Management experience.

• Hands-on experience with contract management and SLA/KPI reporting.

• Proven experience managing large-scale global delivery operations.

• Strong client, stakeholder and executive communication skills.

• Experience in HR service delivery, governance and operational transformation.

• Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or ServiceNow HRSD.

HRO Experience – Preferred, Not Mandatory

Candidates from broader global service delivery, shared services, HR operations or BPS environments with strong leadership and service-management experience are encouraged to apply.
