Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end US Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for the BFSI/Financial/Insurance domain, handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, and sourcing candidates across multiple levels, including executive hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US recruitment.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, ATS, referrals, and databases.

• Screen, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

• Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.

• Build strong talent pipelines.

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain ATS records.

• Mentor junior recruiters and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in US Recruitment.

• Experience hiring for Financial/Insurance/BFSI domains.

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.

• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Job Diva, iCIMS, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership and mentoring experience.

• Willing to work in US Night Shifts.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (3 or 4 years) or equivalent.
