Location: Chennai

Experience: 3 years to 5 years

Band: BPO 2

Salary: 6 to 7 LPA

Shift: 12:30 PM-3:30 am


Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA


Must Have Skills:

•     3+ years of experience in FnA domain in O2C

•     Ownership of O2C Functions as Billing, Cash Allocation, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting.

•     Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

•     Good Analytical Skills


Good to Have

•     Experience in O2C Processing

•     MS office skills

•     Basic communication skills


Job Responsibility

•     100% WFO (work from office)

•     Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.

•     AR experience required

•     Customer service skills

•     Well-organized and proactive

•     Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally

•     Good listening skills
