Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with strong expertise in ADP GlobalView and Celegro to lead multi-country payroll operations, ensure service excellence, and manage global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries.

• Manage payroll teams, workloads, escalations, and service delivery.

• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, quality, and timely processing.

• Act as the primary point of contact for global clients.

• Drive payroll implementations, transitions, and process improvements.

• Oversee quality controls and train teams on payroll processes.

• Prepare SLA metrics, dashboards, and management reports.

• Manage risks, issues, escalations, and customer concerns.

Must Have

• 14–18 years of relevant payroll/HRIS experience.

• 15+ years of payroll systems or payroll processing experience.

• Mandatory: ADP GlobalView and Celegro experience.

• Strong multi-country/global payroll experience.

• Exposure to US, UK, Middle East, APAC/ASEAN, Europe, Canada, or LATAM payroll.

• Experience managing payroll operations and teams.

• Payroll implementation and transition experience.

• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of global payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance.

• Experience with SAP, Workday, Paychex, Deel, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
