Graduate with 3-7+ year of Project Costing with general bookkeeping & reporting experience


SKILLS

 Language requirement – English

 Strong analytical skills, Communication

 Strong treasury background and ability to sort, check, count and verify numbers

 Result orientation

 End to End Knowledge in general accounting process

 Good domain expertise

 Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members

 Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials

 Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint


RESPONSIBILITIES

 Job Routing , Invoicing , Invoice distribution ,Invoicing completed jobs, update receiving report log , GL reconciliation , job listing, WIP , materials allocation , labour hours and cost detail , statement of values, Invoicing SOVs.Journal Entry Preparation, Posting and analyzing, Reconciliations

 Accrual creation, posting etc.

 Communication with internal & external customers for inquiry

 Month end close related activities

 Process Improvement and transformation

 SLA/KPI Tracking and reporting
