Hiring: French Language Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support and business operations support in French and English.

• Communicate effectively with native French-speaking stakeholders.

• Handle customer queries while maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with defined processes and quality standards.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing business requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and timely updates in internal systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French (written and spoken) with CEFR B2 or above preferred (minimum B1–B2).

• Ability to communicate confidently with native French speakers.

• Experience in customer service or customer interaction.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and processes.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good computer proficiency.

• QA competency from Novice to Effective level.

Good to Have:

• Workday Workforce Lifecycle experience.

• Knowledge of Organization and Absence Management.

• Experience with HR operations or shared services.
