Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished FP&A Senior Lead with 9+ years of progressive corporate finance experience to lead commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business intelligence operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial modelling, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and FP&A service delivery. The role also involves leading a team of financial analysts and managing internal client relationships with C-suite and Business Unit leaders.

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & SLA Management

• Lead the global FP&A lifecycle, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and management reporting.

• Ensure FP&A deliverables consistently meet or exceed internal SLAs and turnaround timelines.

• Establish and monitor FP&A operational KPIs.

• Standardize financial reporting frameworks across business units.

• Ensure consistency, transparency, and data integrity in financial reporting.

2. Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of FP&A professionals.

• Drive analytical rigor, proactive business partnering, and professional development.

• Plan team capacity and business unit coverage.

• Develop cross-training plans and conduct performance reviews.

3. Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, Managing Directors, and functional heads.

• Translate complex financial models into clear business insights and recommendations.

• Prepare and present financial insights to senior leadership.

• Lead cross-functional discussions involving commercial pipelines, HR/payroll planning, and operational requirements.

4. Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead preparation and consolidation of annual corporate budgets.

• Manage 3–5 year strategic and long-range financial plans.

• Lead regular rolling forecasts.

• Develop and stress-test integrated Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models.

• Evaluate CapEx, restructuring, M&A, market entry, product profitability, pricing, and resource allocation decisions.

• Provide data-driven financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

5. Oracle ERP & Financial Infrastructure

• Act as the business champion for the Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM ecosystem.

• Work with platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, and Smart View.

• Define financial data governance frameworks.

• Lead financial systems modernization and automation initiatives.

• Partner with IT to automate data extraction and reduce manual spreadsheet dependencies.

• Develop executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 9+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A / Strategic Financial Planning.

• 3–4 years of experience in people management or regional delivery leadership.

• Advanced expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM is mandatory.

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, and/or Smart View.

• Strong financial modelling and business analysis skills.

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting.

• Experience with Service Delivery Management and SLA frameworks.

• Strong executive stakeholder and customer management experience.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or CA is highly desirable.
