Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Lead to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business intelligence activities. The role involves managing a team, partnering with senior stakeholders, and leveraging Oracle ERP / Oracle EPM to improve financial planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end FP&A lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Establish and monitor FP&A KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

• Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to provide strategic financial insights.

• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.

• Build and review integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models.

• Provide financial analysis for investments, pricing, profitability, resource allocation, and business decisions.

• Drive standardization and automation of financial reporting processes.

• Act as the business champion for Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM.

• Partner with IT teams to develop automated reporting and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 9+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance.

• At least 3–4 years of people management or regional delivery experience.

• Advanced expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM is mandatory.

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, and Smart View is preferred.

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.

• Experience in Service Delivery Management, SLA management, and executive stakeholder management.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.

• MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or CA is an added advantage.
