Role Overview

TCS is hiring a SAP Concur Finance Consultant to support and optimize enterprise travel, expense, and finance processes. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Concur, ERP integrations, finance operations, stakeholder management, and business process consulting across P2P, O2C, and R2R workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Credit Card modules.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Interface with business users, finance teams, and shared services.

• Support SAP Concur integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems.

• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.

• Troubleshoot functional and system-related issues.

• Support global implementations, rollouts, and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT/GST, and corporate finance policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve finance and travel processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

• 5+ years of SAP Concur functional experience.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Corporate Card modules.

• ERP application knowledge.

• End-to-end understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integration.

• Knowledge of accounting concepts, VAT/GST, cost objects, and compliance controls.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
