sales of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and Ethanol in Tanzania

We are looking for experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executives to lead the sales of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and Ethanol in Tanzania. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the distillery industry, strong market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth for ENA/Ethanol.


• Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and manufacturers in the alcohol and industrial sector.


• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers and ensure long-term business relationships.


• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.


• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.


• Provide after-sales support and address client queries effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• 12+ years of experience in sales of distillery products (ENA/Ethanol).


• Strong knowledge of the Tanzanian market and regulatory environment.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


• Willingness to travel extensively across Tanzania.


• Must be an Indian and Tanzanian


• MUST BE WILLING TO BE RELOCATED TO TANZANIA
