We’re hiring an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager with strong experience in Telecom B2B operations, Lead-to-Activate, order fulfilment, customer delivery, and service activation. If you have a background managing enterprise telecom delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, suppliers, and operations, this is an excellent opportunity to lead large-scale delivery operations.

What You’ll Do

* Own end-to-end B2B order fulfilment and service activation from order acceptance through billing readiness
* Manage enterprise, wholesale, multi-site, and strategic customer deliveries
* Coordinate across sales, presales, engineering, planning, suppliers, field operations, billing, and support teams
* Drive SLA management, vendor governance, escalation handling, and jeopardy management
* Monitor milestones, backlog, ageing orders, delivery reporting, and customer communication
* Lead process improvement, root cause analysis, automation initiatives, and operational governance
* Ensure accurate service data, inventory quality, and delivery predictability

What We’re Looking For

* 6-8 years of experience in Telecom B2B service delivery, order fulfilment, or service activation operations
* Strong experience in Lead-to-Activate processes
* Expertise in enterprise customer delivery, vendor/OLO governance, and SLA management
* Experience managing complex, multi-site, and strategic customer implementations
* Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and operational leadership skills
* Ability to drive RCA, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
