Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead high-performing operations teams supporting Google products. The ideal candidate must have relevant Google product experience and a proven background in operations management, performance governance, team leadership, and process improvement. The role requires driving operational excellence, ensuring KPI compliance, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Compliance Management

• Drive operational performance by ensuring achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, and operational standards.

• Analyze performance reports, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.

• Establish effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.

• Create performance improvement plans and support employee development.

• Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities.

Operations Management

• Conduct daily operational reviews and team huddles.

• Plan workforce requirements and optimize staffing schedules.

• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations by proactively resolving operational issues.

• Escalate critical risks and operational concerns to the Account Manager.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

• Drive productivity enhancement initiatives.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5–10 years in Operations Management.

• Mandatory experience in Google Products/Google Operations.

• Strong experience managing large operational teams.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
