Job Title : Digital Ad Campaign Manager – Programmatic & Geofencing 

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Digital Ad Campaign Manager – Programmatic & Geofencing for our Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, geofencing, location-based targeting, campaign trafficking, optimization, attribution, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, execute, monitor, optimize, and report programmatic and location-based digital advertising campaigns.
  
• Create geofencing campaigns using polygon, radius, address-based, competitor-location, event-based, and hyperlocal targeting.
  
• Configure audience segments, geographic rules, frequency caps, budgets, pacing, bids, and campaign parameters within DSP platforms.
  
• Traffic and QA display, mobile, video, native, and CTV/OTT creatives.
  
• Verify creative specifications, landing pages, click trackers, conversion pixels, impression tags, third-party tags, and UTM parameters.
  
• Monitor campaign delivery, impressions, clicks, conversions, footfall attribution, store visits, pacing, and other KPIs.
  
• Troubleshoot under-pacing, over-pacing, geo leakage, low CTR, creative rejection, tracking/tag errors, and attribution issues.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management, programmatic media buying, or performance marketing.
  
• Hands-on experience with geofencing, location-based targeting, mobile advertising, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns.
  
• Experience with DSP/geofencing platforms such as Simpli.fi, GroundTruth, StackAdapt, Basis, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, mobile display, video, CTV/OTT, audience targeting, retargeting, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  
• Strong Excel and campaign reporting/dashboard skills.
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, ad servers, campaign dashboards, pixel tracking, and third-party attribution platforms.
  
• Experience with competitor conquesting, event targeting, store-visit attribution, and multi-location campaigns is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of creative formats, landing-page QA, UTM tracking, click tags, impression tags, and campaign troubleshooting.
