Job Title : Delivery Manager – Payroll 

Job Description

We are hiring a Delivery Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations within a global HRO environment. The role focuses on US payroll processing, statutory compliance, HRIS platforms, service delivery, client management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large-scale payroll operations, US payroll compliance, SLA/KPI governance, complex payroll issues, and cross-functional teams while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll service delivery across global HRO programs.

• Manage US payroll processing and statutory compliance, including tax filing, reporting, and deductions.

• Oversee the complete payroll lifecycle including gross-to-net processing, reconciliations, and year-end activities.

• Ensure SLA, KPI, payroll governance, accuracy, and compliance requirements are met.

• Utilize Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing and reporting.

• Handle complex payroll scenarios, escalations, and issue resolution.

• Drive automation, transformation, and continuous process improvement.

• Conduct client governance meetings, service reviews, and performance reporting.

• Ensure payroll audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field.

• Payroll certifications such as CPP or FPC are preferred.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience in US payroll processing and compliance.

• Experience managing client-facing payroll delivery operations.
