Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to manage customer data onboarding, integration, and maintenance across enterprise systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance. The candidate will work with internal teams and customers to manage high-volume data operations, resolve data issues, and improve data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration activities across enterprise platforms.

• Validate, maintain, and update customer data according to defined policies and quality standards.

• Handle high-volume data processing activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Monitor data quality, completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout the customer data lifecycle.

• Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor system-related data issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution.

• Follow SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes.

• Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Prepare reports and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
